Court Blocks Obama's Radical Bathroom Policy

As millions of children head back to school, concerned parents coast-to-coast received a welcomed reprieve from Obama's latest assault on our values.

Obama's Quid Pro Quo, Russia Moves In

Obama's Quid Pro Quo

As yesterday's report was going out, news was breaking from the State Department regarding the $400 million in foreign currency that was paid to Iran.

Under intense questioning by reporters, State Department spokesman John Kirby initially suggested the money was "leverage." But he finally conceded what we have all known -- the money was ransom and they lied about it.

Consider this exchange:

Funding Extremism

There was a shocking report this week that major foundations are pouring millions of dollars into the Black Lives Matter movement. The Washington Times reports that The Ford Foundation and Borealis Philanthropy have announced a six-year campaign to raise $100 million for the Movement for Black Lives coalition.

Pray For The Police

The black Milwaukee policeman who survived a confrontation in the streets on August 13th is now in real jeopardy. The progressives figured out who he was.

They published his name, Dominique Heaggan-Brown, his photo and his home address. It has been all over social media in the past 24 hours. There are thousands of death threats against him and his family.

That is where the hate in America is coming from. I am waiting for the first major American media outlet to expose it, but I won't hold my breath.

Milwaukee Update, Where Are Gaza's Homes?

Milwaukee Update

After two days of rioting (not protesting) there was more order in Milwaukee last night after authorities belatedly instituted a curfew for teenagers.

From everything we know, including from statements by the liberal mayor of Milwaukee, the police shooting of an armed black criminal by a black officer was a legitimate use of force. Sadly, some liberal politicians are suggesting that the unrest in Milwaukee is evidence of "urgent work" that society must do "to rebuild trust between police and communities."

A Tragic Weekend

Sadly, there were many deaths over the weekend, but five really stand out.

Sylville K. Smith, a 23 year-old black man, was shot and killed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Saturday afternoon. His death set off riots in which half a dozen businesses were burned, several police cars were destroyed, officers were attacked and innocent bystanders were assaulted.

Here's what we know as of now.

Then & Now

More than 40 years ago, the nation was shocked by the leak and subsequent publication of the Pentagon Papers. What they revealed was that the Nixon Administration had been lying to the American people about the Vietnam War and how difficult that conflict truly was.

What was scandalous then -- misleading the public on matters of national security -- is the way Obama routinely conducts business now.

Incomes Falling, Our Gutted Military, Obama Meets His Goal

Incomes Falling

Several weeks ago, President Obama was crowing about the economy under his watch. He said, "I've spent every single day of my presidency focused on what I can do to grow the middle class and increase jobs, and boost wages. . . Here's the good news: Wages are actually growing at a rate of about 3 percent so far this year."

Let me translate that for you: "If you like your pay raise, you can keep your pay raise. Period."

Feds Blast Baltimore Cops

The Justice Department today issued a scathing report against the Baltimore Police Department (BPD). The report was initiated after last year's riots following the death of Freddie Gray.

During a press conference this morning, Vanita Gupta, head of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, said, "We conclude that there is reasonable cause to believe that BPD engages in a pattern or practice of conduct that violates the Constitution and federal anti-discrimination law."

Athlete, Entrepreneur Claims Victimhood

Ibtihaj Muhammad, the hijab-wearing Olympic fencer, has become a national celebrity. Some commentators suggested that she should have had the honor of carrying the U.S. flag and leading our athletes during the opening ceremonies because she would show our diversity better than Michael Phelps, who is, after all, just another "white guy."
